Lifestyle due to an approaching wedding but it backfired and caused me to slowly gain 1lb/month resulting in being 11lb+ overweight. Highly recommend the 1:1 coaching with Doucky and Kausar! It has worked wonders for me. I had stubborn post-pregnancy weight that just wouldn’t go, even the BFF challenge did not move the needle as much as I’d hoped. Getting into the extreme (1:1) program helped me identify the exact reason behind my diet that was causing my body to hold on to the fat. I still have more pounds to lose but I know as long as I follow their advice, it will happen. It’s a life changing experience truly. Just remember to trust them completely!!

Working with Dougmary Esquijarosa and Kausar Rasul has been a life changing experience for me. With 2 kids, a job which requires travel, workout and eating well was really hard. They taught me the fundamentals of eating well and working out on the go. I have been working out with them for more than a year and highly highly highly recommend them if you want to revamp your fitness routine and eating habits. I used to eat very little hoping to loose weight and through my coaching sessions with these 2 amazing ladies I learnt that my poor eating habits were not fueling the work out routine. These two ladies @kausar and @dougmary are such an inspiration. For every woman who hates going to the gym but wants to lose weight in a healthy way, these ladies are the answer. It’s always been wonderful working out with them. They know when to push you and when to just be there for you. I have reduced more than 5 lbs in the last 8 weeks with them. The last cycle I had lost around 9 lbs. And it is not that difficult. So if you want to see changes and if you want to adapt a healthier lifestyle, just try them. Totally worth it!! And there is a wonderful group of similar women who make you feel so good..we understand the struggles and we are all there for each other..not just for weight loss but for a lot more..it’s just amazing!!❤️❤️

I highly recommend Kausar as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She will work with you and your individual body type to create a macros-based plan that will work for you and show long term results. I started working out with her in July 2018 and lost 33lbs over the course of 8 months and several inches – I easily fit into my pre-twins’ clothes now which I never thought was possible! I definitely recommend lifting and strength training – especially to all moms stuck in a rut and battling tons of post-partum issues. Kausar is a warm, compassionate and gifted trainer – truly one of a kind.

Kausar was my macros coach for 12 weeks (including 6 weeks of travelling and out of regular exercise schedule and eating out). I lost 7 pounds during this time. She was an amazing support and guide. The method is genius and it taught me so much about my eating habits and where I could improve. It gave me a tool that I can now (and do) use on my own. Its easy, fun and effective! My friend Sree and I started private coaching sessions with Doucky, Doucky helped me with portion control which I thought was my biggest problem. I was eating a lot compared to what I used to eat before pregnancy. Doucky helped me overcome that. Doucky's meals recipes are amazing and they helped me with portion control. I never thought I could eat oatmeal for breakfast for so long without getting bored. I was able to read the labels correctly(still learning :). there was so much misconception about food and sugar. Doucky taught how to make decision when you are buying food. Doucky helped with my physical activities and pain areas too. I was part of the very first JC Slimdown Challenge after my first born turned 1. After having my 2nd baby, Kausar texted me to encourage me to participate again. I didn't even have time to pee at that point but I'm so happy I did! 4 months postpartum has never felt or looked so good. Dougmary summed it up best by saying I use it as surgery post-baby but honestly, it's surgery and therapy all in one for me. It not only gets me back in shape but it really lifts my spirits.
