The POUNDemic and turning 43 got me 8-10 lbs heavier, feeling gross, bloated and lethargic. I had no clue why I could not lose it like I used to. Late last year, I decided to do something about it and reached out to Kausar and Doucky. They are both so knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise and so easy and fun to work with.
