Hey bestie! We’re Kausar and Doucky, Fitness Nutrition Coaches, female personal trainers in USA, and weight loss experts on a mission to help women like you lose weight sustainably, without giving up your favorite foods!

Our journey began in 2015 when we were both trying to shed our pregnancy weight and feel like ourselves again. After years of early bootcamps, fad diets, and cutting out carbs and wine (big mistake 😅), we realized deprivation wasn’t the answer.

So, we dug deep into fitness, nutrition, and women’s health and cracked the code. We developed a proven method that’s helped thousands of women 40+ around the world lose body fat, eat their favorite foods without restriction, build healthy habits, and ease perimenopause symptoms.

What started as small fitness classes for moms grew into a thriving global community through our brand, Become Fit Forever (BFF), and our podcast, Get Fit in Your 40s.
